Refund policy

We offer a 30-day guarantee, allowing you to return items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging with all parts and instructions included. If you return a damaged item, the full price of the item will be deducted from your refund. If you don't have the original box, please ensure the item is returned safely packed in a box with similar dimensions to the original.

Please note that Flash Sale items cannot be returned.

Returns & Refunds – Klarna Purchases 

The following return and refund terms apply only to purchases made using Klarna. All other payment methods remain subject to the standard Returns & Refunds Policy outlined above.

Customers who purchase using Klarna have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To qualify for a Klarna return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for sanitary reasons.

• Returned items must include all original parts, accessories, and instructions.

Free return shipping is provided for Klarna purchases. No restocking fees apply. Exchanges or store credit are not available for Klarna orders.

Refunds for Klarna purchases will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
